How do I reserve a unit?

You can reserve a unit by signing a Reservation Agreement and submitting a refundable deposit. This secures your right to the selected Summit Condominium Unit and then to enter a Colorado Purchase Contract once the Developer moves forward with the project.

Is the reservation deposit refundable?

Yes, the deposit is fully refundable if the Reservation Agreement is canceled before signing a Purchase Agreement.

When will I sign the Purchase Agreement?

Once the Developer achieves its contingencies and decides to proceed with construction, a Purchase Agreement will be provided for your signature.

What happens to my deposit after signing the Purchase Agreement?

The deposit along with all subsequent Earnest Money Deposits will be used as applicable by the Developer with any remaining balances applied toward the purchase price at closing of the unit.

Construction begins once the Developer satisfies necessary Town of Mountain Village and State of Colorado approvals, secures permits, financing, and orders the modular components.

How long will it take to complete my unit?

The estimated timeline for unit completion is provided in the Purchase Agreement and may vary due to weather, material availability, or other factors. Currently and weather dependent, the project should break ground Spring 2025 and complete within 12 months.

Will I have the opportunity to inspect my unit?

Yes, a walkthrough inspection will be scheduled before closing to identify any outstanding items for completion. Buyers will be notified several weeks in advance for permission to enter and by official notice. The buyers and their agents will be given certain dates to choose from to inspect the unit.
