Reservation Process

You can reserve a unit by signing a Reservation Agreement and submitting a refundable deposit. This secures your right to the selected Summit Condominium Unit and then to enter a Colorado Purchase Contract once the Developer moves forward with the project.
Yes, the deposit is fully refundable if the Reservation Agreement is canceled before signing a Purchase Agreement.
Purchasing a Residence

Once the Developer achieves its contingencies and decides to proceed with construction, a Purchase Agreement will be provided for your signature.
The deposit along with all subsequent Earnest Money Deposits will be used as applicable by the Developer with any remaining balances applied toward the purchase price at closing of the unit.
